 The authorities of Mexico City created a “virtual hospital”, which already has 400 cases of Covid-19, who are given care at home, with the aim of reducing demand of patients in hospitals.

After 8 weeks with an epidemiological red light, Mexico City and the State of Mexico will turn to orange light on February 15^th. Both entities registered a decrease in hospitalizations for Covid-19, confirmed local authorities.

According with the epidemiological traffic light in the Mexican Republic, we have 11 states in red color, 19 states in orange, 2 states in yellow, and none in green traffic light.

• Red light: Guanajuato, Morelos, Guerrero, Querétaro, Hidalgo, Jalisco, Puebla, Coahuila and Nuevo León, Jalisco, Nayarit, Colima, San Luis Potosi.
• Orange light: Mexico City, Estate of Mexico, Aguascalientes, Baja California Sur, Baja California, Sonora, Coahuila, Tamaulipas, Sinaloa, Durango, Veracruz, Zacatecas, Guanajuato, Oaxaca, Tlaxcala, Tabasco, Chihuahua, Quintana Roo and Yucatán.
• Yellow light: Chiapas and Campeche
