Colombia has entered in phase two of the Vaccination Plan (people between 60 and 79 years old) passing the two million doses applied; the country has received more than 3.7 million doses from Pfizer, Sinovac and Astra Zeneca as part of the government plan to vaccinate 25.2 million people this year.
Main cities in the country have strength the sanitary Mobility measures to mitigate the third peak of the pandemic. These restriction measures such as night Mobility (curfew) and the System which commerce and public attention offices according to the identity document (pico y placa) will apply until April 19th.
The interior Ministry has extended the sanitary emergency until May 31st for education, public and private schools maintain the alternate system.
In regards of travelers in domestic and International flights, the government announced new measures, they opened the VIP rooms and taking the temperature at the airport entrance was cancelled. To enter the country, passengers must present a negative PCR test and they must fill in the “Check Mig” within the 24 hours before traveling.
