The government began to vaccinate people between 50 and 59 years this week.
The director of the Digital Agency for Public Innovation (ADIP), Eduardo Clark, announced that Mexico City will be on yellow traffic light from May 10th to 17th, after spending more than two months at an orange traffic light.
Starting on May 10th, there will be new activities that will reopen and some activities that are already operating will extend their schedule like restaurants.
Banks are allowed to operate without a schedule restriction, stores can operate at a 40% of their capacity, conventions in hotels can be up to 50 people with a distance of 9m2 per person. Sports events can be held with a 25% of the capacity.
According with the epidemiological traffic light in the Mexican Republic, we have 3 states in orange, 15 states in yellow, and 14 in green traffic light.
- Orange light: Chihuahua, Quintana Roo and Tabasco.
- Yellow light: Baja California, Baja California Sur, Zacatecas, Aguascalientes, Colima, Michoacán, Morelos, Guerrero, Yucatán, Puebla, Querétaro, Tamaulipas, Hidalgo, Mexico City and Estate of Mexico.
Green light: Coahuila, Veracruz, Chiapas, Campeche, Jalisco, Guanajuato Oaxaca, Nuevo León, San Luis Potosí, Sinaloa, Sonora, Tlaxcala, Nayarit, and Durango.
